From the North: Take Route 93 South to Boston. Take Storrow Drive Exit. Head west on Storrow Drive. Take the Fenway 1-S exit. Take the first right onto Boylston Street. At second set of lights bear left onto Brookline Avenue. At fifth set of lights turn left onto Francis Street.
From the West: Head east on the Massachusetts Turnpike. Take Route 128 South (Exit 14) for approximately one mile. Take Route 9 East for six miles. Bear left onto Brookline Avenue at The Brook House apartment building. At third set of lights turn right onto Francis Street.
From the South: Head north on Route 3 (Southeast Expressway). Take the Massachusetts Avenue-Roxbury exit. At end of ramp, cross Mass. Avenue onto Melnea Cass Boulevard. At end of Melnea Cass Blvd. turn left onto Columbus Avenue. Take first right onto Ruggles Street. Turn left onto Huntington Avenue at the intersection of Ruggles Street. At second set of lights (Brigham Circle) turn right onto Francis Street.
E-Line Heath/Arborway-Huntington Avenue Trolley: From Park Street outbound or from Arborway inbound.
Stop: Brighham Circle. Walk down Francis Street.
D-Line Riverside: From Riverside inbound or from Kenmore Square outbound.
Stop: Longwood. Exit train left onto Chapel Street. Walk up to Longwood Avenue. Turn left and proceed to the second set of lights. Take right onto Brookline Avenue. Then take second left (second set of lights) onto Francis Street.
MBTA Bus #66: Harvard Square to Dudley Station, via Allston and Brookline Village.
Stop: Brigham Circle. Walk down Francis Street.
MBTA Bus #65: Brighton Center to Kenmore Station via Washington Street, Brookline Village, and Brookline Avenue.
Stop: The corner of Francis Street and Brookline Avenue.
MBTA Bus #60: Chestnut Hill to Kenmore Station via Brookline Village and Cypress Street.
Stop: The corner of Francis Street and Brookline Avenue.
MBTA Bus #47: Central Square, Cambridge to Broadway Station via South End Medical Area, Dudley Station, and Longwood Medical Area.
Stop: Longwood Avenue in fron to of Children's Hospital.
MBTA Bus #39: Forest Hills Station to Back Bay Station via Huntington Avenue.
Stop: Brigham Circle.
MBTA Bus #8: Kenmore Station.
Stop: First stop, Longwood Avenue.
MBTA Bus #CT2: Sullivan Station to Ruggles Station via Kendall/MIT, and Longwood Medical and Academic Area.
Stop: The corner of Longwood and Huntington Avenues.
MBTA Bus #CT3: Beth Israel Hospital to Andrew Station via Boston Univeristy Medical Center/Boston City Hospital.
Stop: The corner of Avenue Louis Pasteur and Longwood Avenue.
